I’m not sure I agree with the part about the condo market, but the council is still trying to figure out the best way to regulate the condo market. They have some good ideas, but if you go to their website you can find that there is no “coolest new condo building” so perhaps that’s the point. I do agree with their general approach though, which is to start regulating the market.
